Creamed Coconuts

Product Description

Creamed Coconut is very versatile. Mix 1 or 2 teaspoons of this organic product with water or juice to make a creamy coconut milk drink or add it to coffee/cocoa as a non-dairy creamer. It is also an excellent ingredient for cooking and baking.

Product Process

The fresh meat of a mature coconut is ground to a semi-solid white creamy paste. Creamed coconut a natural, unsweetened product.

Microbiological Analysis

This product is free from pathogenic coli form organisms and salmonella / shigella.

Storage instructions
