The King Coconut is indigenous to Sri Lanka, where it is traditionally enjoyed by locals more than the regular green coconut for its exquisite taste and health benefits. It has been found that King Coconut water contains more potassium than a banana and has a better composition of calcium and magnesium than an orange. Coconut water is the ultimate thirst quencher and offers a tasty alternative to water. Drinking king coconut tastes better than green fresh coconuts and is more nutritious.
Coconut water is crafted from young tender coconuts. The liquid is extracted and then bottled or canned, and pasteurized.
